No direct fix, but you can clear all custom Quick Access entries (resets to default).

Go to C:\\Users\\YourUsername\\AppData\\Roaming\\Microsoft\\Windows\\Recent\\AutomaticDestinations. Back up all files in that folder, then nuke ’em.
